i) Tainan City has expanded the territory that included the previous Tainan County. THSAA may benefit from this changes in soliciting more members.
ii) I will send thank you letters in this November to those board directors donating to purchase infrared thermometer for Tainan.
Resolution -
1) Annual Banquet -
Designate Philip Chang being responsible for the negotiation of the event at the same location (The Royal Manor). Suggest dates being on Saturdays 4/24/2010 or 5/1/2010. Meanwhile, all board directors agree to put their every efforts in supporting the event to ensure its success.
2) The field trip combining luncheon or dinner activities will be conducted by 3 member committee as frequent as every calendar quarter commencing October/November 2009.
3) Will hire an outsider CPA to handle annual return or reports starting this year 2009.

5) Finally, all material including program for 2009 Directory printing is closed on March 15 as Philip Chang is leaving for traveling 3/18 - 4/9/2009.
6) Tickets sold as well as attendants name list will be taken weekly record by President Mike Weng for Philip to do a final name tags. |
