i) Tainan City has expanded the territory that included the previous Tainan County. THSAA may benefit from this changes in soliciting more members.
ii) I will send thank you letters in this November to those board directors donating to purchase infrared thermometer for Tainan.

Resolution -
1) Annual Banquet -
Designate Philip Chang being responsible for the negotiation of the event at the same location (The Royal Manor). Suggest dates being on Saturdays 4/24/2010 or 5/1/2010. Meanwhile, all board directors agree to put their every efforts in supporting the event to ensure its success.
2) The field trip combining luncheon or dinner activities will be conducted by 3 member committee as frequent as every calendar quarter commencing October/November 2009.
3) Will hire an outsider CPA to handle annual return or reports starting this year 2009.

4) Scholarship policy - Open to broader audiences that do not limit to THSAA members. Nonetheless, the policy tries expand recipients within the circle of Taiwanese. Irene Chang will prepare a writing with terms, conditions and requirements as a foundation for discussion in the email.
